TS-M0 – Lesson 1 – Welcome to Temple Strength
Temple Strength is the place where physical movement, nutritional order, and disciplined stewardship begin to work together in a visible way.
This tier has been designed as a deliberate season of structured physical development inside the larger Temple Membership Framework. Where Temple Care established foundational order, Temple Strength now asks you to apply greater intentionality through guided weekly progression, disciplined movement, and measured consistency.
The purpose here is not intensity for its own sake. Temple Strength is built to help you move with greater clarity — understanding how physical change develops when rhythm, effort, and recovery are held together without unnecessary complication.
Inside Temple Strength, each week is intentionally structured to help you build momentum without unnecessary pressure. You will notice that every section contains four clear movements:
- a teaching lesson that explains the weekly focus
- a guided assignment tied to your structured PDF support material
- a fitness progression that keeps your body actively engaged
- a spiritual lesson that anchors physical discipline inside deeper stewardship
This means Temple Strength is not asking you to chase intensity.
It is teaching you how to build consistency.
Across the coming weeks, each lesson has been arranged so that physical assignments, supporting guidance, and spiritual alignment remain connected. Rather than approaching health as scattered effort, you are being invited into a clearer structure where each week carries its own focus and contributes to visible progress over time.
Some weeks will feel strong and straightforward. Others may require adjustment, patience, or renewed attention to simple disciplines already learned. This is normal. Physical restoration often deepens through repeated faithfulness rather than dramatic moments of effort.
As you begin, bind yourself to steadiness, clarity, and disciplined follow-through, while loosing unnecessary frustration, comparison, and unrealistic pressure.
Temple Strength works best when approached calmly, completed honestly, and repeated with patience.
Temple Strength works best when approached with simplicity:
- complete one section at a time
- stay with the weekly rhythm
- avoid rushing ahead
- let repetition do its work
You are not trying to impress yourself.
You are learning how to trust a healthier pattern long enough for visible change to follow.
What begins quietly here often becomes deeply transformational later.
This course is designed to help your body remember what order feels like again.

You are required to sign this document (simply print your name and date where specified at the end of the document). This will suffice for this course until I can send you a Ducusign agreement which you will be required to e-sign. This Docusign agreement will satisfy your required agreement for all courses in the CHJ eLearning Portal membership (if you have previously signed this agreement for another CHJ course, you can disregard this notice)..
