Before moving into the weekly lessons, it is important to understand how this tier is meant to be used.
Temple Strength is intentionally arranged in sequence. Each week prepares for the next, and the overall design works best when lessons are followed in order rather than selectively skipped.
The goal is not simply to finish content, but to allow weekly structure to shape your physical rhythm with enough consistency that progress becomes measurable and trustworthy.
You do not need to master everything immediately. Some lessons will introduce principles that become clearer only after several weeks of repetition. Return to earlier guidance whenever necessary. Repetition often strengthens understanding.
Use the dashboard, lesson sequence, and supporting materials as your fixed points of order. Avoid adding unnecessary complexity from outside sources while you are moving through this tier.
If a week requires slower pacing, allow that adjustment without interpreting it as failure. Consistency matters more than forced acceleration.
Bind yourself to ordered progress, and loose the habit of abandoning structure whenever momentum feels imperfect.
The strength being developed here is not only physical, but also instructional — learning how to stay inside a wise process long enough for change to settle.
