Most people attempt body change by starting with restriction.
Temple Strength begins differently.
It begins by removing confusion.
Clean eating does not mean eating perfectly.
It means reducing what keeps the body constantly overloaded:
- excess sugar
- refined flour
- constant snacking
- highly processed foods
- emotional eating without awareness
The body often responds quickly when unnecessary burden is removed.
For many people, early progress appears not because they suddenly discovered a miracle method, but because they finally reduced daily interference.
This first week is about beginning with clarity.
Ask yourself:
What leaves first if visible change is going to begin?
Often the answer is not dramatic.
It is ordinary:
- fewer unnecessary extras
- more intentional meals
- more water
- fewer reactive decisions
The goal this week is not perfection.
It is interruption.
A simple interruption of old patterns.
When unhealthy rhythms are interrupted, the body often responds faster than expected.
Clean eating starts there.
