TS-W1 — Lesson 3 — Workout Series: Journey To Fit Week 1
Jumpstart Your Journey to FIT
Your first assigned movement series is Journey To Fit.
Becoming FIT is not a quick fix. It’s not something that happens in four, six, or eight weeks. Being FIT is a lifestyle — a lifelong journey of showing up, recommitting, and choosing movement again and again.
This opening week is designed to ease your body into structured movement without unnecessary strain.
The purpose is not to exhaust you.
It is to wake the body up again.
Here, fitness becomes more than a routine. It becomes a prophetic act.
As we train, we bind ourselves to God’s truth — strength, discipline, clarity, resilience — and we loose the old patterns that once held the body hostage: sluggishness, fear of failure, inconsistency, and shame. Like the Miracle of Ashes, every rep becomes a moment of shaking off what does not belong and stepping into the structure Heaven intended.
This program is designed to help you:
- Build consistency
- Establish strength and confidence
- Learn your body
- Feel progress through repetition
Follow the workouts calendar (provided below in the Success Guide). Trust the process. And remember — you don’t need to be perfect to be successful.
What To Expect
This first week emphasizes:
- simple movement patterns
- manageable pacing
- rebuilding consistency
- restoring confidence in daily movement
You have access to a premium Success Guide and a special Workouts page that houses the five workout videos for the Journey To Fit program.

Important Mindset
Do not judge this week by intensity.
Judge it by completion.
Finishing consistent movement matters more than chasing hard effort.
Your body responds best when trust is rebuilt gradually.
This week is simply the beginning of that trust.
Be sure to engage with your online group: Temple Strength Community. If you have any questions, be sure to bring them up in the group and we’ll all support one another.
