This second week continues your Journey To Fit progression.
The purpose now is to strengthen consistency without forcing intensity too early.
Your body is learning rhythm.
That matters more than speed.
This Week’s Focus:
- complete each workout with steady effort
- pay attention to breathing and pacing
- avoid comparing this week to past fitness seasons
- focus on finishing what is assigned
Important Perspective
The body often responds well when movement becomes familiar again.
That familiarity is being rebuilt here.
Even if some exercises feel simple, they are creating something important:
repeatable confidence.
The strongest physical progress usually begins quietly.
This week is another quiet layer being added.
