Workout Series: Pumped-Up — Week 1

This week introduces your next movement progression: Pumped-Up.

Pumped-Up is a 4-week heart-healthy workout program designed to build strength, improve endurance, and intentionally care for one of the most important muscles in your body: your heart.

This isn’t just about getting a good sweat. It’s about creating a foundation for long-term energy, confidence, and cardiovascular health through workouts that blend functional strength + smart cardio bursts.

What makes Pumped-Up special:

  • Heart-healthy workouts that elevate circulation and stamina
  • Science-backed fitness combining aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (strength) training
  • Efficient 20–30 minute sessions that fit real life
  • Follow-along videos led by our Online Fitness Specialist, Ro

  • Dynamic variety, plus a dedicated calming recovery session

You’ll train 4 workouts per week, plus 1 active recovery session, repeated across 4 weeks so you can feel progress. Schedule your workouts, press play, and let consistency do the work.

The goal now is to begin increasing muscular engagement while maintaining control.

This shift helps your body continue adapting without unnecessary complexity.

Compared to Journey To Fit, Pumped Up begins asking for:

  • slightly stronger effort
  • more muscular attention
  • improved movement control
  • greater awareness of body positioning
