Workout Series: The SHRED — Week 1
This week introduces your next movement progression: The SHRED.
The purpose now is to increase muscular demand while continuing controlled consistency.
This phase begins asking your body for stronger engagement while protecting the steady foundation already built.
This Week’s Focus:
- stay attentive to form
- move with control rather than urgency
- allow the body to adapt progressively
- complete each assigned session faithfully

The goal is not to force intensity.
The goal is to increase capacity without losing consistency.
Strength grows when controlled effort is repeated well.
