Workout Series: The SHRED — Week 3

This third week of The SHRED continues building physical endurance and muscular steadiness.

By now the body is carrying more familiarity with repeated effort.

That means your focus now is less on learning movement and more on sustaining it well.

This Week’s Focus:

  • stay consistent even if energy fluctuates
  • protect movement quality
  • complete each session without unnecessary urgency
  • notice where recovery has improved

Important Reminder

Physical progress often becomes clearer in this stage not because workouts suddenly feel easier, but because recovery improves.

That itself is evidence that your body is adapting.

Remain steady.

The body often reveals its strongest changes through quiet adaptation.
