You will begin by learning how clean eating creates early body response, why kitchen decisions matter immediately, and how physical movement supports metabolic awakening from the beginning.
This week introduces your first workout sequence through Journey To Fit Week 1, giving your body a practical starting point without unnecessary complexity.
You are not being asked to master everything in one week.
You are being asked to begin with clarity.
