My mission is to empower Christians with biblical and holistic health strategies that unlock the healing power already within them—placed there by the Creator Himself.

From Fear to Flourishing: My Journey to Kingdom Wellness
I grew up in the era of bold end-time predictions — charts, timelines, and talk of rapture warnings filled church pulpits and living rooms. I even heard Hal Lindsey speak in person in 1969, and for a while, his words shaped how I saw the future. Like many believers of that time, I lived with a sense that everything was winding down. But over time, through study and the leading of the Holy Spirit, I began to see that the message of Scripture wasn’t one of escape — but of restoration. The cross didn’t postpone victory; it secured it.In the 1980s, I discovered the writings of theologians like David Chilton, Ray Sutton, Gary North, and James Jordan; and through a new understanding of binding and loosing I gained from Liberty Savard.. Their insights opened my eyes to a victorious view of the Kingdom — one that’s present, active, and expanding through God’s people. I no longer saw Revelation as a code of doom, but as a declaration of Christ’s dominion.
That revelation has changed everything for me.
It reshaped how I viewed my health, my work, and my calling. I realized that much of what we call “sickness” isn’t just physical — it’s the soul’s misalignment with truth. When the heart is divided, the body suffers. But when we bring every part of ourselves — mind, emotions, spirit — under Christ’s lordship, health begins to flow again.
That’s when I stepped into my calling as a Certified Biblical and Holistic Health Coach.
Today, through Christian Health Journey, I help believers and church leaders experience wholeness — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My mission is simple:
- To teach the Body of Christ how to bind to what restores and loose from what destroys.
- To bring the health of heaven into everyday life.
- To steward the temple — body, mind, and soul — as an act of worship.

I aim to provide a proprietary online eLearning environment that fosters empowerment through crucial holistic education. By partnering with like-minded Health Coaches, I strive to help Christians realize their full potential and achieve optimal well-being.
My Approach: At this website, I believe in the power of collaboration and community. While I own and operate the site, I am seeking to partner with a team of exceptional Health Coaches and mentors who bring their unique expertise and perspectives to the table. We will work together to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support and guidance on their wellness journey.
