During your 52 weeks, you may at times feel a bit uncomfortable. This is normal. That said, the purpose of the program is to move toward a healthier lifestyle, not necessarily to turn your whole life upside down. Be kind to yourself!

In the next 12 weeks, you will be removing foods and making adjustments to your habits; both with what you eat and other healthy habits and techniques, and activity that includes your body, mind, and soul. Give it all you have, and you will experience a sense of lightness you never thought possible. You are not alone – I am here for you every step of the way.

Special Note: All the recipes and meal plans (menus) are suggestions only. You are free to create your own meals using the provided shopping lists which suggest the foods that qualify for the cleanse…

It is important that you read through this document (maybe more than once) so that you are familiar with how the membership site functions. This will allow you to maneuver the site effectively and help eliminate support issues.

SPECIAL NOTE: There is also a Program Agreement PDF document which you can also view and download below. This document is very important as it describes yours and your health coach’s agreement as you participate in this site and the CHJ course. You are required to sign this document (simply print your name and date where specified at the end of the document). This will suffice for this course until I can send you a Ducusign agreement which you will be required to e-sign. This Docusign agreement will satisfy your required agreement for all courses in the CHJ eLearning Portal membership.
