TF-S00 — Lesson 1: Temple Flourish Welcome
Temple Flourish is the highest level of the Temple Membership Framework within ChristianHealthJourney.com.
This course has been designed for members who are ready to move beyond foundational wellness education and focused restoration into mature, sustainable body stewardship.
Inside Temple Flourish, you will move through a guided premium progression built around advanced natural health understanding, internal restoration, environmental awareness, restorative recovery, and graceful longevity.
Unlike Temple Care, which establishes year-long foundational order, and Temple Strength, which provides concentrated body restoration, Temple Flourish functions as a modular premium learning environment designed for thoughtful long-term integration.
Each section combines guided teaching, selected lessons from integrated wellness programs, spiritual alignment, and movement support chosen to strengthen lasting rhythms without unnecessary pressure.
Move steadily. Temple Flourish is designed to mature your thinking, deepen your stewardship, and strengthen your long-term capacity for well-governed living.
How Temple Flourish Works
Temple Flourish is structured as a premium guided progression built through four major seasonal learning movements.
Each section is anchored by one of your integrated wellness programs and supported by selected movement assignments drawn from your premium fitness library.
Each major section includes:
- a guided section introduction
- selected lesson progression from one or more integrated programs
- spiritual alignment reflection
- suggested movement support
- optional Success Guide support where applicable
- existing workout Access page links
You are encouraged to complete each section in order before moving forward.
Temple Flourish is not designed as a rushed course, but as a mature rhythm of learning, application, and long-view stewardship.
Temple Flourish Premium Resource Orientation
Throughout Temple Flourish you will also encounter optional premium support tools including downloadable Success Guides, guided worksheets, and selected premium resources.
These materials are provided to strengthen application, but they are not intended to create pressure.
Use what serves your present season wisely.
Your goal is not completion for its own sake, but growing stronger in sustainable daily stewardship.

NOTE: There is a Start Here page which you can access below. It is important that you read through this document (maybe more than once) so that you are familiar with how the membership site functions. This will allow you to maneuver the site effectively and help eliminate support issues.
SPECIAL NOTE: There is also a Program Agreement PDF document which you can also view and download below. This document is very important as it describes yours and your health coach’s agreement as you participate in this site and the participating course. You are required to sign this document (simply print your name and date where specified at the end of the document). This will suffice for this course until I can send you a Ducusign agreement which you will be required to e-sign. This Docusign agreement will satisfy your required agreement for all courses in the CHJ eLearning Portal membership (if you have previously signed this agreement for another CHJ course, you can disregard this notice)..
You must download, read, sign and date the CHJ Program Agreement document, save it, and then upload it back to me using the “Green” upload section at the bottom of this site’s “HelpDesk” page. You will not be able to continue with the next module until you have done this. . .
