Temple Strength unfolds through eight guided weeks, each carrying a specific physical emphasis supported by structured lesson guidance.
Each week begins with an overview lesson that explains the focus of the current stage. This gives you context before entering your assigned movement work.
Your weekly structure then moves into the practical fitness component, where specific workouts have been intentionally aligned to match that stage of progression.
Alongside physical work, spiritual alignment remains present because disciplined health is strengthened when thought patterns, inner posture, and daily responses remain ordered alongside the body.
The weekly rhythm is simple by design:
- Read the current week’s lesson carefully
- Complete the assigned movement work
- Revisit the spiritual alignment section
- Use any supporting resources provided
- Finish the week before advancing
Avoid compressing multiple weeks together. Each week has enough internal purpose to deserve full attention before moving ahead.
Temple Strength is not designed to overwhelm you. It is designed to help your effort become clearer.
Steady repetition often produces more visible change than frequent restarting.
