Workout Series: Pumped Up — Week 2

This second week of Pumped Up continues strengthening muscular engagement while helping your body tolerate greater consistency.

By now you may notice certain movements beginning to feel more familiar.

That familiarity matters.

It means the body is adapting.

This Week’s Focus:

  • maintain form over speed
  • complete each assigned movement intentionally
  • allow strength to build steadily rather than aggressively
  • notice where endurance is already improving

Important Perspective

Strength often develops quietly.

The body rarely announces progress dramatically at first.

But repeated movement is already changing how your body responds.

Stay patient with this phase.

You are building more than a workout streak.

You are building physical trust.
